Developing and diversifying needs of local-level institutions, meeting the people and the community, through both time and cost to be adoptd by everyone in terms of favourable. Local governments attempt to meet their citizens’ expectations by improving the quality of services and conducting satisfaction surveys measuring their satisfaction level. This paper aims to measure the satisfaction level of citizens regarding the services delivered by the Elmalı Governorship Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation. Face-to-face survey was conducted by citizens in order to determine the general attitude towards the local governments services. The obtained data were analyzed by statistical methods. In the study, the results of the satisfaction levels of the citizens receiving service from the Elmalı Governorship Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation are explained.
